Any written complaint or breach of disciplinary policy will be passed immediately to the Club Chair, who will take all steps to investigate and act appropriately in the interests of the club. The outcome will be communicated in writing to all parties involved. If any party feels that the issue has not been dealt with or satisfactorily resolved, they can contact the County Disciplinary Secretary (Debbie George) for consideration
